Michael Turner

Michael Dale Turner, 59, of Bowen, died Saturday (Dec. 6, 2014) in the Memorial Hospital in Carthage.

Michael was born on Jan. 14, 1955, in Quincy to the late Dale Leo and Mary Gertrude Salisbury Turner.

Michael worked for High Power Farms, a subsidiary of PSM in Augusta.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a history buff. He was a hard worker and an excellent father.

Surviving are three children, James Michael (fiance Paulla Meyer) Turner of West Point, Nick Parker Turner of Bowen, Crystal Dawn (David) Stoltz of Ballwin, Mo.; four grandchildren, Jeremiah Michael Burkett, Isaac Daniel Burkett, Ayden Parker Burkett, Jayma Ann Turner, one stepgrandchild, Cy Stoltz, two brothers, Rick (Nancy) Turner of Quincy and Steve (Cindy) Turner of Versailles; one sister, Diana (Virgil) Klauser of Mendon; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

SERVICES: Services will be held at a later date.

ARRANGEMENTS: Hunter Funeral Home in Mendon.
