Tim Alexander

Tim Alexander, 49, of Huntsville, formerly of Springfield, passed away at 10:25 AM, Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born on September 23, 1966, in Springfield, the son of Charles Joseph and Linda E. (Wahl) Alexander.

Surviving are his mother Linda McKenna of Huntsville, two uncles Larry Wahl of Springfield and Loren Yocom of Riverton, a half-brother Jim McKenna of Phoenix, AZ, a step brother Edward McKenna and wife Jolynn of Phoenix, a step sister Debra Beatty and husband Brian of Byron, IL, nephews William McKenna, Joseph and Jason Beatty, nieces Lanae Harris and husband Jason, Sara Krogel and husband Adam, Kayla McKenna, and Kelsey McKenna and several great nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father and a step brother William McKenna.

Tim was a 1984 graduate of Riverton High School.  He worked at Henry’s Appliance in Springfield and was an auto mechanic at various auto repair businesses.  He could fix anything and enjoyed woodworking and working with his hands.

A Memorial Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 24, 2016 at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville.  Memorials are suggested to the Schuyler County Humane Society.
